Aradiant pump is an operating division of Aradiant – a manufacture of specialized machinery for the printing and packaging industries.

In 2002 we developed our peristaltic pump in house, as a part of a larger machine package. When originally designed, it was used for pigmented inks ,coatings, and solvents of various viscosity.

The design was made around the knowledge of how large printing operations run – typically 24-7 in industrial factory environments; where many times, machinery is used and exposed to harsh conditions. For those reasons, a high quality integrated gear motor connected to a VFD was most functional and reliable.

From the initial prototypes to today’s production, the pump has an integrated Brother gear motor attached to the pump head. The gear motor is factory sealed and lubricated, and is capable of being mounted in any orientation – something fairly unique to peristaltic pumps.

Many of our customers purchase several of these pumps, in order to provide multiple ink colors to their machines. For this reason, Aradiant often supplies various custom control systems and mounting devices, including mobile carts. We supply high quality VFDs that generate sinusoidal wave outputs and have multiple input, output, and control options.

In the past few years, we have begun to receive requests for these pumps to be used in different applications. That has led us to decide that we should expand and grow this segment of the business by focusing on various markets where peristaltic pumps are used. Additionally, as experienced machine builders we are open to working with customers’ needs to modify our offerings to suit.
